Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the fashion items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment and notify you once it arrives at our quality control center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the garment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, or your new size will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
